1. What We Collect
- Account info: Name, email address, age, and profile photos you upload.
- Location: Your current location while the app is open, used only to show nearby park-goers.
- Chat messages: Messages sent through our in-app chat feature.
- Verification photos: Photos uploaded for face verification are reviewed by automated moderation tools and stored encrypted.
- Device info: Basic device information for analytics and crash reporting.
2. How We Use It
- To match you with nearby ride buddies.
- To enable in-app chat between matched users.
- To keep the app safe through photo verification and content moderation.
- To improve the app through analytics and crash reports.
3. Who Can See Your Data
- Your profile (name, photos, bio) is visible to other Park Pair users.
- Your precise location is only shared with matched connections.
- Chat messages are only visible to participants in that conversation.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
5. Your Rights
- You can edit or delete your profile at any time from the app.
- You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting our account deletion page.
- You can block any user, which prevents all future contact.
6. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to show ads in the app. AdMob may use your device identifier to serve personalized ads. You can manage ad preferences through your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
Park Pair is designed for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us.
