Welcome to Park Pair! By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Park Pair. If you are under 18, you should only use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. What Park Pair Is

Park Pair is a social discovery app that helps people find ride buddies and hangout partners at amusement parks. We are not a dating app, nor do we guarantee any specific outcomes from using the service.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Child Safety & Prohibition of CSAE

Park Pair has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following are strictly prohibited on Park Pair:

  • Creating, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
  • Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to sexually exploit or abuse any person under the age of 18.
  • Using Park Pair to facilitate contact with a minor for exploitative or abusive purposes.
  • Any communication that sexualises a minor.

Accounts found in violation will be permanently terminated. Park Pair will report confirmed CSAE cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. For full details, see our Child Safety Standards.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Park Pair to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
  • Use the app for commercial solicitation or spam.

6. Photo Verification

To keep the community safe, Park Pair may require photo verification. By uploading a verification photo, you consent to automated processing for identity verification purposes. Verification photos are stored securely and are not visible to other users.

7. In-Person Meetings

Park Pair helps you connect with people, but any in-person meetups are entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend:

  • Meeting in public, well-populated areas within the park.
  • Telling a friend or family member where you're going.
  • Trusting your instincts — if something feels off, leave.

Park Pair is not responsible for any interactions, incidents, or outcomes that occur during in-person meetings.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, messages, etc.).
  • By uploading content, you grant Park Pair a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the service.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the community.

10. Disclaimers

Park Pair is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or secure.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Park Pair after changes means you accept the updated terms.
