Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 2026Park Pair is committed to the safety and well-being of all users, especially minors. This page sets out our standards for child safety across the Park Pair app and all associated services operated by Park Pair.
1. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE
Park Pair has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Park Pair:
- Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor (child sexual abuse material โ CSAM).
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit a child sexually, emotionally, or financially.
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Using Park Pair to facilitate in-person contact with a minor for the purpose of exploitation or abuse.
- Any communication that sexualises a minor or attempts to initiate sexual conversation with a minor.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and we will report confirmed cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
2. Age Requirements
Park Pair requires users to be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the service. If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be removed.
3. Safety Measures for Minors
Park Pair implements the following protections to keep minors safe:
- Photo Verification: Users may be required to complete automated face verification to confirm their identity, reducing the risk of impersonation or deceptive profiles.
- In-App Messaging Only: All communication is kept within the Park Pair app; personal contact details are never required to be shared.
- Content Moderation: Profile content, photos, and messages are subject to automated and manual review.
- Reporting Tools: Users can report any profile or message they believe violates these standards directly from within the app.
