Delete Your Account

Effective immediately

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Park Pair account and all associated data using either of the methods below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the Park Pair app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all data will be permanently removed immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to privacy@parkpair.app from the email address associated with your Park Pair account
2. Subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include your registered email address in the body

We will process your request within 7 days and send you a confirmation email once complete.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile (name, photos, bio, age, tags)
• Your account credentials (email, authentication data)
• All chat messages you sent or received
• All ride requests you created
• All connection history
• Location check-in history
• Verification photos
• Blocked user lists

What We Retain (Temporarily)

• Reports you filed: Kept for 90 days for safety and legal compliance, then deleted
• Reports about you: Anonymized and kept for 90 days for safety records
• Server logs: Automatically purged after 30 days

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Deleting your account will also remove you from other users' connection lists.
• If you have any active ride requests, they will be cancelled immediately.
• You are welcome to create a new account in the future, but your previous data cannot be restored.
